Display metadata of custom post type on a sidebar - wordpress

Hi,

A quick help is needed to display the followings:

-metadata of a custom post type like a telephone on a sidebar (php) of current post
-user info from user profile page like an email on the single post template (php) of current post

Strong skills in php and custom post type are needed.
