Display custom text in an LED matrix based on values received from a DMX input and from website. Using Arduino, PHP, MySQL

Base Functions:
1- Loop a display custom message via LED Matrix board ** columns/rows need to be customizable
2- Loop - Run LED test of a specific color for each LED ( change test based on value )
3- Loop - Run LED test of random color for each LED ( change test based on value )
4- Loop - Run LED running test of random color for each LED
5- Loop a display custom time & temp via LED Matrix board (temp can be retrieved from weather.com (if so will need to input zip code or location or something) or need to get a temp senor
6- Loop a display custom message + time & temp via LED Matrix board
For messages – these are input into web page and the message will need to be retrieved over WiFi
Triggers: DMX Channel == X [maybe variable] AND Some Sort of flag
-DMX: trigger via external DMX script based on channel and value
FLAG: Flag Y/N on web page
I have the basic outline, code and site completed. Just could not get all the pieces to work together. So you will/may need to clean up my mess - or if it suits you better; start from scratch.
