Hello All,
As noted in the title : Discourse Experts ONLY

we are looking with an expert with discourse to make a website similar to one we will share it with you.

requirements :
- you must be familiar with discourse features because we have to do some.
- we won't ask for a custom design for now but we will ask for a few edits in the theme.
- it will be only a website project.
- it will be in Arabic Language ONLY and we will help with any translations.
- it must be completed within 1-3 MONTHS ( if you need more you have to tell us from the beginning )
- the developer must deal with the project as a full development project from :
frontend , backend , development , designs .... etc

MOST important notes that we will not except other than them :
- the project will be with a FIXED price ONLY and we WON'T agree on milestones.
- the full project must be delivered and we will not accept 90 or 99% completion.

Note that :
the developer who will work with us will be needed in other projects and with this project updates later.
