I am seeking a skilled developer to create a USPS tracking bot for Discord. This bot needs to implement various functionalities around package tracking and user notifications.

Key Features:
- A 'Run/Track' command to initiate tracking
- User input for tracking numbers and custom package names
- Daily tracking pings at user-selected times
- Limitation on manual pings to once or twice a day
- Direct messages upon successful delivery or delivery issues
- Removal of delivered packages from the tracking list

User Management:
- Authentication via a specific Discord role
- No password requirement

Tracking Updates:
- Only the package status is to be relayed to the users
