Discord Bot Summarization Enhancement

I need an experienced Discord bot developer to enhance my existing bot. The bot currently counts repeated text and resets every 24 hours SGT time. The existing summarization was running in cloudmongodb, i have no idea how it works and its not aligned with my current one. I just want the "filtered channel" to be in summarization in my certain channel whenever i want to.

I need an embedded message summarizing the counters for the day, with the following commands:
- /daily filters: Overall filters
- /daily filters red: Red filters
- /daily filters green: Green filters
