Disaster Restoration Service Platform Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a B2C service platform for disaster restoration services.
We are building a B2C service platform for disaster restoration (flood, fire, mold) targeting U.S. homeowners.
The platform connects clients needing cleanup and restoration with independent contractors via an internal dispatch system.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer or small team to develop a responsive web-based MVP from scratch.
What We Need
• Build the entire MVP platform (frontend + backend + database)
• User authentication (Firebase/Auth0) for 3 roles: Client, Admin, Contractor
• Client interface: submit request, track status, upload photos
• Admin dashboard: manage requests, assign contractors manually
• Contractor dashboard: view assigned jobs, update status, upload before/after images
• Stripe integration for payment processing
• Email notifications (SendGrid or similar)
• Final deployment (frontend on Vercel, backend on Render or Railway)
Tech Stack
• React.js + Next.js (frontend)
• Node.js with Express.js or NestJS (backend)
• PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM (database)
• Firebase/Auth0 for authentication
• Stripe for payments
• Tailwind CSS for styling
Deliverables
• Fully functional MVP with 3 user flows
• Responsive web design (mobile-first preferred)
• Admin panel with basic matching and task assignment
• Deployed product with documentation and support for handoff
