Direct Admin Server issues with the web app

We have the VPS with the Direct Admin installed. After we have activated the client web site the contact forms don't work. We don't receive any emails. At the same time on the staging server, everything works perfectly. We need to use it as the main Gmail or some of our emails because the client is using the exchange.
