Digital Marketplace

I am looking for a freelancer to help me build a digital marketplace where my customers can purchase digital products, with subscription options, and have their payments processed via PayPal. The digital marketplace should be easy to navigate, secure, and have an intuitive admin control panel. I am expecting that you have knowledge of setting up products, subscriptions, payment gateways, and user accounts. I have experience developing web applications, but not with digital marketplaces. So, anyone with experience in this space is highly preferred. Additionally, I am expecting you to come up with ideas and solutions that could make the digital marketplace even better.

We Want a freelance marketplace for a digital only products. ( videos, music, and photos, text "video script, and ideas" )
Main Features we would like to have:

1. Multi Sellers, Gigs, And Packages, Every Seller should have have a "Portfolio", and can create multiple gigs.
2.Real-time chat between buyer and seller, so they can contact and negotiate, with custom offers,
3. File Attachment is necessary, As the marketplace is about a digital products,
4. RTL Support as the website will be in Arabic language.
5. Notification System
6. a simple-functioning Dashboard for both seller and buyer,
7. Multi Custom fields and badges for Sellers and Buyers "Verified Badge, Media Personality Badge, etc"
8, Requests Page, so the buyers can ask for any service they want and the sellers can offer it.
9. Multi-currency support, and multi-language support. so the user can choose what he prefers
10, Reviews and Feedback system.
11. Revision system so the buyer can revise the order before its completed.
12. Social media login and register, with an integration between Badges and some socials, ex. youtuber with 100k subs with he login with his channel he gets the verified youtuber badge\
