Digital Key Admin Panel via API Integrations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking to build a secure, web-based admin panel (password-protected) that connects various digital product providers (wholesalers) to online stores and marketplaces through API integrations. The main product type is digital keys (e.g., game keys, software licenses). The system must be modular, scalable, and designed for ongoing expansion without modifying the core codebase.
Key Requirements:
1. Modular API Structure
Each partner (wholesaler or marketplace) should have a separate PHP file inside an /api/ folder.
This design allows easy addition of new partners in the future without altering the main system logic.
2. Profit Margin Management
Ability to set a custom profit percentage per product, store, or partner.
Profit should be dynamically calculated and reflected in selling prices.
3. Dynamic Price Range Control
Define a minimum and maximum price range (e.g., $20–$50).
Automatically adjust product pricing within that range to ensure the offer remains competitive (e.g., if a competitor lowers their price, the system adjusts to stay on top, within defined limits).
4. Product Management Page
Display all synced products in a single view.
Ability to enable/disable specific products (e.g., gambling-related or adult content).
Option to filter or search through products efficiently.
5. Manual Key Upload System
Upload digital keys manually for any product.
If a product has both manual and API-based stock, the system should prioritize selling from the manually uploaded stock first.
Once manual stock is depleted, it should switch back to sourcing from the partner’s API.
6. Comprehensive Sales Dashboard
Show total sales, profits, and orders:
Daily
Weekly
Custom date ranges
Display recent orders in a table.
Include profit tracking for manually uploaded keys by letting the admin set purchase cost for those items.
7. Hosting Requirements
The platform will be hosted on Hostinger.
Deliverables must include uploading files to Hostinger and configuring the MySQL database there.
