Summary
A team needed to develop an all-in-one digital giving platform with some unique features, , deliverable fully operational minimum viable product (MVP)
Experience
Should have 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
Designing, implementing, and managing complex systems from scratch
Working under pressure to complete product to a specific deadline
Delivering projects using following languages: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, Laravel, GO
Avid practitioner of modern methodologies e.g. Agile
Experienced with implementation of different types of architectures e.g. Microservice and Cloud Based Architectures
Working on crypto related projects is a plus
What you will be doing:
- You will be the sole owner and driving force behind the development of a digital giving platform. You will take part in the entire development lifecycle from design to implementation
- Creating reusable code and infrastructure for future use
- Review existing UX and creating new designs where required
- Creating technical and design requirements
- Debugging monitoring, and fixing errors
- Improving code quality
- Outlining scope of work and providing deadlines
- Reporting progress
-Integrating platform with existing infrastructure
- Providing hand over once the project is completed
Requirements:
To deliver a fully operational minimum viable product that allows full user engagement and cash flow generation.
We will ask you to study all the materials we will make available for you, understand our vision for the platform, all the key features we want on it and advise at the very start that you can commit to a timeline and deliver within it.
We need you to teach us how to set up and install the infrastructure required across multiple servers so the platform can operate around the world.
It is important that the platform be able to be modified to interface with payment processors (which ones to be determined) but not reliant on any of them. Any data handled by a payment should also be replicated on our own databases. If for any reason we have to stop using a payment processor, we have a copy of all of the payments, and can work on integrating a new payment processor immediately and with no loss of data or attempted payments.
Help with database set up and maintenance
Assist with installation and set-up of platform
These should have written guides such that someone who is not familiar with the Laravel/PHP framework or webservers can install the platform and its related infrastructure on a clean VPS.
Payment processing integration
All code must be annotated - no black box code
Provide 6-month support and handover once the project is completed
Pay: 40,000 USD* budget, bottom heavy escrow milestones, payment upon completion of stages
*30,000 + 10,000 Bonus for completing the platform to the agreed deadline and standard
Pay includes the design, development and etc + 6 months of running the platform and a hand over past the completion of the project
Selection: Attention to detail, time, long term relationship
