Digital Cryptocurrency Wallet

We are looking for a developer to help create a digital wallet inside our system. Once users register with our system they will automatically register for our internal system cryptowallet. Capabilities should include being able to connect other wallets for transfers, connect with stripe internally for us to send money and being able purchase cryptocurrency. Admin controls are need for users to see balances, connect other wallets for transfer of funds including banking. Super admin should be able to control wallets, see balances. The wallets will be limited but necessary for us to control for distribution of cryptocurrency as rewards for our users.
