Digital ID Card Generator Web Tool

I'm looking for a skilled web developer to create a tool that will generate digital ID cards. The ID card will include the following details:

- Name and photo
- Employee/Student ID number
- Organization logo
- ID CARD PSD Image will be provided

- PHP or laravel Based Backend
- We will upload the details in excel file.
-List of ID cards generated
- Excel import required
- Option to create ID card manually
- Option to create id card via excel import file
- Send email to all ID cards generated in batch when uploaded via excel file
