Dialogflow for a chatbot to retrieve coupons

Hello,
I need to configure a Dialogflow bot to retrieve and send coupons that will make the following:
1) It will receive a code in a line of text or a QR image beside a user ID that can be a phone number, a name, a string or FB ID.
1.1) In case it gets a QR image instead of a line of text it should decode it to retrieve the code in the line of text.
2) The bot will open a MySQL database and find the coupon that matches the code that was fed.
3) Once it find the matching coupon, it will return 4 things that are going to be found in the MySQL database. Those things are: 1) Title of the coupon 2) Text description of the coupon 3) Image of the coupon 4) a secondary image
4) Before it closes all processes, it must log who asked for the coupon and save it in a log database the ID of the user, the ID source (FB in case of FB ID, WhatsApp in case of phone number or name/ID# in case of form) and the date
5) After sending the coupon, Dialogflow will send a new message asking to complete user information, we need 4 things: Name, ID#, telephone number and email
6) Dialogflow should fetch the answers and complete the user profile with whichever info was returned and log the date
Dialogflow will work with the system https://board.support that is a help desk that already manages WhatsApp and Messenger and also is ready for connectivity with Dialogflow to be used as a chatbot for the helpdesk
We also have the coupon database.
