Responsibilities:
• Backend application design, implementation, testing, version control, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and operations
• Translate requirements into robust, efficient, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.
• Write high-quality code and participate in design and code reviews to maintain our development standards.
• Work with product and design teams to deliver and operate large-scale, distributed services in the cloud.
• Generate documentation to support requirements.
• Encourage and support knowledge-sharing within team and external groups
• Mentor junior development engineers Implement test automation on all code implemented through unit testing and integration testing.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience using one or more modern languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, Go, C++, or any from the OOPS.
• 3+ years of software development experience on Backend systems
• Experience developing responsive websites, JavaScript, CSS, Sass/LESS, HTML ability solid knowledge of HTML and APIs + backend frameworks like Symfony, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, or Zend
• Mastery of multiple skills involved in developing large-scale systems, such as integration testing, deployment, monitoring, production troubleshooting, database schema design, or developing data processing pipelines.
• Experience delivering projects taking high ownership with material impact, or anonymously involved in unusually complex projects, from inception to productionisation/delivery.
