Device Limit Login for Wix Site

I need a developer to enhance the user authentication on my Wix site. The goal is to limit user logins to three devices and manage sessions effectively.
Requirements:
- Limit login to 3 devices per user by forcing logout of the oldest session. (i.e., If three devices are logged in, and a fourth tries to log in, the device logged in the longest is logged out)
- The forced logout should prompt a Lightbox (called TooManyDevices) revealing "You have been logged out - too many devices are connected!" and a button redirecting them to HOME (but logged out). This Lightbox is already created.
- Auto-expire sessions every 24 hours to prevent dead sessions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with Wix and Velo code
- Experience with user authentication systems, user sessions and database
