Development for custom period booking in backend

I am looking for a backend developer to help me with developing a functionality in backend to enable custom dates booking system for a flash sale landing page. Here are the project requirements:

-We want to enable the tour packages in this url to be booked for a future custom date fixed by admin in backend.

-The page needs to made dynamic and each thumbnail or package must be selected - added by admin from the backend. The tours selection to be displayed will be chosen from existing tour packages data in the database.

-Option to add Pricing offer in the backend
