The task involves building a WordPress plugin that integrates a voice-activated property search (using Eleven Labs and Navisen IDX APIs) and an AI-powered voice agent workflow (using n8n, Twilio, and Google Workspace). The tool will allow users to search for properties by speaking in any language, save client details, and automate follow-up calls to help a realtor grow their clientele. The plugin must work with the WordpressHousez theme and Elementor, keep costs under $100/month, and be completed within 7 days. The total development budget is $100 (fixed), payable in two milestones.
Tasks & Deliverables:
Develop a custom WordPress plugin with:
Voice search using Eleven Labs API.
Text search fallback.
Property listings display via Navisen IDX API.
Client management system (save name, email, phone, interest).
Set up an n8n workflow to:
Capture client data via webhook.
Log details in Google Sheets.
Automate follow-up calls with Twilio.
Ensure multilingual support (Eleven Labs and Twilio).

Skills Required:
Basic WordPress Development: Experience creating plugins, using PHP, and integrating with themes (Housez) and page builders (Elementor).
JavaScript: Ability to write simple scripts for voice input and API calls.
API Integration: Familiarity with integrating APIs (Eleven Labs for voice-to-text, Navisen IDX for listings, Twilio for calls).
n8n Workflow: Basic knowledge of n8n to set up automation workflows (self-hosted Community Edition).
Problem-Solving: Ability to test and fix bugs (e.g., microphone issues, API errors).
Communication: Clear updates and ability to follow instructions.
