Development of a Web-based Supplier Database/Portal
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Need a Web-based Supplier/Vendor Portal with the following functionality:
Employer:
1. Ability to create and add suppliers/vendors to a database,
2. Ability to create purchase orders, RFQ's and tenders with detailed specifications
3. Ability to evaluate submitted PO's, RFQ's and tenders and request for more information and or award with the relevant notifications
Suppliers/Vendors
1. Ability for Suppliers/Vendors to register their own profiles on a Vendor Portal,
2. Ability for Suppliers/Vendors to view submitted PO's, RFQ's and tenders on a dashboard
3. Ability to respond to the PO's, RFQ's and tenders upload required documentation
4. Ability to respond to notifications for more information and to accept awarded entries
