Development of Web Platform and Mobile App for Marketplace

We seek a developer experienced in e-commerce and auction platforms to build a robust web and mobile marketplace. The system includes user profiles, a seller dashboard, traditional sales, and an auction system with notifications and payment integration via an external provider. Admins can manage accounts, modify data, and create discount codes. The platform must support different product tiers with commission-based sales. Development should use scalable technologies, be cloud-hosted, and have a responsive UI similar to Mercado Libre and Catawiki.
