Development of AI Tender Management Platform with CRM and Financial Integration

An experienced developer or development team is sought to create a secure, web-based AI platform that automates the intake, processing, and response generation for tender submissions within the construction sector.
The system will:
• Enable upload of tender documents via a client portal.
• Use AI (OpenAI GPT-4o API integration) to analyse tenders and generate detailed project submissions, internal work briefs, cost summaries, timelines, and financial projections.
• Automatically populate CRM (HubSpot) and link with job management (AroFlo) and accounting (Xero) systems.
• Produce internal templates for weekly reporting, HR management, and cashflow monitoring.
• Automate client communications and follow-up activities.
Required Deliverables:
• Fully functional client upload portal and internal admin dashboard.
• OpenAI GPT-4o API integration for document analysis and output generation.
• Zapier/Make.com automations connecting to CRM, Xero, and AroFlo.
• Secure file storage integration (SharePoint or Google Drive).
• Project documentation: system architecture diagrams, API mappings, integration guides.
• Staff training materials and post-launch support plan.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience developing AI-integrated platforms.
• CRM (HubSpot) and accounting software (Xero) integration experience.
• Previous project management system integration (AroFlo preferred or similar platforms).
