Development of a "Projects" Module for B2B Marketplace -- 2

The objective of this project is to enhance the functionality of the Webkul B2B Magento marketplace by adding a Projects module. This module will enable subscribed users to discover and bid on projects in happening such as CCTV projects, road projects, bridge construction, tunnel construction, airport expansion, stadium construction, hotel and resort development, entertainment complex projects, residential building projects, office tower construction, shopping mall development, industrial park establishment, port and harbor expansion, power plant construction, water treatment plant projects, hospital and healthcare facility construction, school and university campus development, research center establishment, metro and light rail projects, sports facility upgrades, convention center construction, theme park development, oil and gas refinery projects, petrochemical plant construction, solar energy projects.. The frontend of the website should resemble the "Find Projects" section of the website

Subscribed users will have the ability to submit their projects via a "Submit a Project" form, which should have a similar structure to https://www.bidclerk.com/commercial-project-form.html. Once the admin receives the form submission, they will create the project listing on the frontend, following a process similar to webkul's product creation. The admin will enter the project attributes and post the project on the website.
Contracting companies registered on the marketplace and who have paid to access the Projects module will be able to bid on the projects. The bidding process should resemble webkul's product bidding process. Additionally, project owners should have a dashboard where they can review all bids received on their projects and accept or decline them. The bidding functionality should include the option to upload bid documents along with the bid price.
To ensure the successful implementation of this module, the existing Magento B2B marketplace infrastructure provided by webkul can be leveraged. Modifications will be made to incorporate project-related functionalities and align the module with the desired requirements.

Provide an option for bidders to enter bid price and upload bid documents
Project Owner Dashboard
Develop a dashboard for project owners to view and manage bids on their projects
Accept/Decline Bids
Allow project owners to accept or decline bids on their projects
