Development and Optimization of the Live Streaming Platform

We are looking for experienced developers to optimize and continue the development of our live streaming platform: https://love248.com.
The platform has already undergone live customizations, but the source code is not synchronized with the actual front-end. The work will involve updating the code to reflect the changes made directly on the live site.
Main Challenges:
Review and Fix Functionalities: Ensure that all website and admin panel functionalities are working correctly.
Payment Adjustment: In Mercado Pago, already integrated with PIX, Recurring Payments, and Split, enable the ability to activate and deactivate any of these options individually from the admin panel. In Stripe, change to split with custody (the direct method already exists).
Performance Improvements: Reduce loading times and improve the scalability of the site.
Visual Improvement and UX/UI: Restore and enhance the design to ensure a professional final appearance, aligning the layout, colors, typography, and interactivity to provide smooth and pleasant navigation for the user.
Adjustments in Private Session Flow and Notifications: Improve the management of private sessions and implement payment alerts.
New Paid Feature: Allow streamers to pay to boost their profiles, with site highlighting and email campaigns for all users.
