The chatbot will serve as a bridge between our team's communication on WhatsApp and our project management system on Monday.com, with additional functionality to generate contracts via PandaDoc.
Core Functionalities:
WhatsApp Integration: The chatbot will be added to WhatsApp group chats, with each group corresponding to a specific project.
Conversation Management: It will record and summarize all chat conversations, categorize the information, and update relevant project details on Monday.com.
Selective Interaction: The bot will only respond to direct mentions in the chat, providing answers or updates when prompted with an '@' mention.
Client-Specific Updates: Utilizing phone numbers or names, the chatbot will identify clients and provide them with updates relevant to their specific projects.
PandaDoc Contract Generation: Upon project milestone completion or agreement within the chat, the bot will generate contracts in PandaDoc, embedding discussed terms.
