Developing a quiz or scored test plugin/script for WP

Hi, we need to create a test or quiz plugin or script that we can integrate in a WordPress website.
Something like a school exam, with 4-5 subjects and each subject has more or less 10 questions (true/false). At the end of test each subject will give a score (based on user's answers) and then there will be and average/total score of all.
