Developing IT elements for an NFT project

We need someone to build us a smart contract, a private website with a minting engine and a really cool interface and a complex discord server with various bots like MEE6, rank tracker, invite tracker etc, like in various NFT collections. Minting will be on the Ethereum blockchain. We will also need IT support until 1 week after our project goes live. Need someone who is flexible and convenient to work with. Low budget. The person should have previous experience in blockchains.
