Developing add-ons for my website

I have bought a script from codecanyon which I am using right now, it’s quiet good as script but the only problem is that I do need two features that they are not providing.

1- Whatsapp bot
what we want is an whatsapp bot who replies on whatsapp messages automatically, broadcasting bulk messages on whatsapp, broadcasting bulk messages on whatsapp groups, Live chat, webhook workflow, flow builder, and as Chatpion have e-commerce on it, I want to have it too on whatsapp bot. Write on your biding Chatpion so I can see you are not auto bid.

2- Castlive features
I want to be able to stream live on Facebook and instagram using add-on in my website, so I can use pre-records video to live,
And upload video from youtube URL directly upload to my facebook pages,


I hope I can find someone or company that can help me to do that here,
