Developer with laravel knowledge needed

We have built one system with laravel and RabbitMQ and we need a highly skilled developer who will update the system, fix it so that it will fully function and update it with our new ideas and innovations.
Developer has to have very big experience with Laravel, Wordpress, API, RabbitMQ and ability of scrapping information from certain sites. We need full cooperation. We dont accept people from China, India or Pakistan.
For example i have one big issue. We have developed a laravel system which uses two apis, one from airlines and one from hotels and we make packages. The system (with RabbitMQ) that combines those two infromations in order to make the packages, cruses. So we 1) need this to be fixed and 2) to by migrated to our 5 server workers in order the procedure of creation of packages to be quicker.
