Developer with good PhpBB Forum experience required

I'm looking for a developer with good PhpBB Forum experience to update my version and undertake a couple of other minor tasks (add Robots txt file, insure adserver is carried across, replicate colour theme being used on current forum) - so nothing major but would prefer somebody with good experience.
