Developer needed for creating automated SSL certs

I'm looking for a developer for building an automatic SSL cert integration.
The problem:
I'm working on a link shortening platform, and upon adding a custom domain to use, it's only able use the HTTP protocol.
What I'm looking for instead:
Upon adding a domain to shorten links with, it should generate automatically an SSL certificate on the server, so the short URL can be used with the https protocol.
