Developer needed to create an interactive app and site for product. info and multiple personas

I am looking for a developer to create a progressive app for a site. This would include a set of forms, a database, a reporting engine and a basic analytics engine. The site would be available on the web and through an app. The user should be able to key in information using text, drop downs, images. There would be an admin module, a super user module and a user module for the same, I want to be able to integrate it with a payment gateway in phase 2 as well
