Developer needed to create assessment tools in backend of WordPress. Database on Cloudways via Digital Ocean

I am a seasoned business analyst who has worked for global organisations. I am also certified in compliance, risk and a data protection officer.
I am creating vendor assessment tools for sole traders and small businesses.
Design of Assessment (CMS) Portal
The WordPress site will require backend development on Cloudways via Digital Ocean. All customers data should be stored on Cloudways. No data, images, videos should be held on WordPress. This project will take an agile sprint approach.
In order of development:
1. Free Anonymous Assessment (10 questions)
2. 14 Day Trial Assessment Trial - Four phase assessment (will provide customer with most options but won’t be able to save their entries after the 14 days have expired)
3. Full Assessment Tool – Four Phase Assessment
4. Create User Accounts
During development, the following attributes need to be considered:
1. Flexibility - Backend needs to remain flexible to ensure the program can be further developed in phase 2.
2. Security - See technical spec. All aspects of functionality should include privacy by design at all stages of development. Security is of most importance in this project.
3. Testing - Be available for testing.
Skillset and Experience required:
o Reliable and trustworthy
o Experience using with using the Cloudways platform and PHP
o Experience in setting up security on Cloudways and WordPress
o Experience in setting up reports and analytics on Cloudways server and applications
o Add blue in the first line of your cover letter.
o Provide daily status update.
o Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
o Communicate clearly and speak fluent English
o Have good internet connection.
o Pay attention to detail.
Finally, our first phase budget is around $1000.00. I am more than happy to have a chat via Freelancers communication channel. I am hoping to find someone who can work with us on a long term basis. There is lots more work to be done when we commence with phase 2. I will send technical spec and other docs when we have completed due diligence formalities. Thanks.
