Developer for Winning Trade Bot

I'm looking for an expert developer to build a copy trading and front-end running bot that can run on Solana.
The bot needs to copy transactions from the wallet using a custom program to buy/sell coins, as well as a custom priority fee.
In addition to copying trades, the bot must also buy and sell before the target wallet. Therefore, the bot should use Gulf Stream to search for pending transactions.
