Developer for Pterodactyl Panel billing solution

Hello,

We need a Laravel Developer to integrate a billing and deployment system to the opensource pterodactyl panel,

This payment system needs to integrate both with our existing website, and panel infrastructure.

This system must include:

- A store on our website
- A client area on our website
- Ability for users to register on our website
- User accounts to be shared between our website and pterodactyl's panel
- Ability to bill monthly
- Ability to automatically generate and send invoices
- Ability to automatically deploy gameservers to user accounts upon purchase
- Ability to automatically suspend gamservers upon failed payment
