Developer or Team to Create Innovative Real Estate App with Banking Integration – UK -- 2

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced mobile developer or development team to build a full-featured app for the UK real estate sector. The app will allow users to locate properties, schedule viewings with developers, simulate financing and pre-book – all in one place.
The MVP (minimum viable product) will include:
• Property search system with filters (region, price, type, etc.)
• Scheduling of visits with synchronized calendar
• Financing simulator (based on income and profile)
• Pre-booking of property with payment via Stripe or similar
• Simple administrative panel for construction companies/agents
Desired features (not mandatory for MVP):
• Integration with Open Banking (TrueLayer, Plaid or similar)
• Augmented reality (AR) visualization of properties
• Neighborhood scoring system (using UK public APIs)
Requirements:
• Proven experience with React Native or Flutter
• Integration with external APIs and geographic databases
• Good level of communication and organized delivery
• Ability to work with prototypes and follow wireframes
