Developer Required For Ecommerce Application

I'm looking for a developer to initially clean up my e-commerce application. The site is built on WordPress & woo-commerce with a lot of customization. There will be ongoing maintenance once the initial phase is completed.
There are some speed issues and caching issues that need to be resolved as well as PHP & server errors.
This project requires someone with extensive knowledge and experience with WooCommerce, PHP & Java Script, and Linux development.
A high-level understanding of code is required for this project.
The project should look like this:
Phase 1: Discovery phase - developer explores the environment to gain an understanding of how everything works & discusses it with the project leader
Phase 2: Assessment phase - developer assesses the issues & makes plans to resolve the issues. Before moving to the next step this is discussed with the project leader
Phase 3: Implementation - Fixes completed, tested & monitored. The speed must be dramatically improved & error logs clear of errors.
Phase 4: Ongoing development & maintenance.
