I currently own a vacation property in Kill devil Hills NC. I am looking to have a direct booking website created with the following functionality.
1) Booking plugin that allows different pricing platforms, discount and discount coupons
2) Integration with Air BNB site calendar
3) Messaging /emailing with incoming , outgoing renters
4) Message templates with vendors
5) Payment gateway with Credit card and ACH processing
6) Areas to list general information for renters like restaurants , things to do and trouble shooting
