Develop a HR segment for my current CRM based website

I am looking for someone who can develop andave HR segment for my current CRM based website as an add-on (PERFEX CRM) based website, where you need to add google meet using iframe and create a python script to create & save events on my website.
And it should also allow users to sign contracts online and upload documents.
