Develop a module for an ERP
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run an SaaS ERP site, and our development team is currently overloaded, so I'll have to outsource this project to a capable CI developer. Our system is modular, with separate databases, and I need a module built that allows users to send a live business proposal from within our ERP, similar to Proposify, Better Proposals, and Quilr.
It must be fully integrated with our existing code for leads, clients, projects, and invoicing, as well as allow the user to create a live client proposal that can be shared via a subdomain or the client's own custom domain, which they should be able to easily add.
The straightforward flow.
1. The user can create a proposal using https://builderjs.net/#introduction
2. Link that proposal to a lead or client
3. Connect to the existing invoicing module.
4. Allow the user to create a live proposal, edit it, send it via email or SMS to the lead or client. Email integration is available in the ERP.
5. The ability to encrypt data with a password
6. The user has the option of sending the proposal through a subdomain or a custom domain.
7. Open rate reporting is possible.
8. The client can accept the proposal, send a notification to the SaaS user, update the proposal, and add a follow-up event to our ERP calendar.
Total job should take no more than 40 hours, access will be provided via Git and our testing site. Note: we can also provide a copy of the existing module that allows the users to create a quote to a client so most of the connection work is done. In this case the time may be considerably less.
