Develop a AI model to offer personalized learning

We have a medical education platform built on wordpress. I would like to develop an AI model that can personalize the learning process for each student based on their time, goals, previous knowledge, desires, etc. Based on that, the system should grab, from the contents available, whatever the student needs to increase chances of test success.
Even though we have the main website built on wordpress, we can also look for alternatives if the need requires it. I am open to suggestions and am looking for someone who wants to understand fully our need and be completely into suggestions.
