Develop market place

I am looking to develop an e-commerce marketplace, specifically one that is web-based. The main features I am looking for are user registration and login, product listing and management, as well as payment gateway integration. My project demands a professional who will be able to find the best suited platform and tools to bring this marketplace to life. An eye for detail and experience in developing Marketplaces will be critical for the success of my project.
