Develop AI chatbot to manage short term rental cleaners schedule

I am looking for a developer to create an AI chatbot that will help manage the schedule of our short term rental cleaners. The chatbot should be developed on a custom web application platform and be capable of communicating via SMS. The preferred language for the chatbot to communicate in is English. The main goal of the chatbot is to schedule and coordinate cleaners, so it will not offer advice or provide reports for them.

Goals for the chatbot workflow:
- Send SMS to cleaners the night before scheduled cleanings as a reminder
- Send a follow up SMS to cleaners near the end of the cleaning window to confirm cleanings are complete. Also ask the cleaners if any re-supplies are needed.
- Log that cleaning for each unit (with unit name, date) are complete, compile list of any re-supplies needed and send SMS to owner informing this info. Add the info to a google sheet for history tracking.
- Submit Venmo payment to the cleaners for units that are confirmed complete.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in developing AI chatbots on custom web applications
- Strong knowledge of SMS communication integration
- Experience in natural language processing and understanding
- Ability to design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the chatbot
- Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating systems
