Develop a backend of a website -- 2

I'm looking for someone to develop the backend of my website, in which the uploaded file should be sent automatically to my gmail The programming language must be in PHP and the main functionality it needs to support will be for data management. The website has between 1-5 pages/screens. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly and accurately develop, test, and deploy the backend of the website. Previous experience in working with PHP and data management solutions are major plus points. I also require excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
