Develop additional web pages and fix payment area for our website - WordPress/ASP.NET

We need an expert website developer with strong knowledge of WordPress to develop additional web pages and fix the payment area of our website in the following:
a. Design and develop a page for our affiliate partners and their information.
b. Develop another page for our workshop training which will have registration and payment (You must be good at coding using asp.net - the reference webpage appears to be coded in asp.net)
c. Check and connect all registration and payment areas on our website pages together to our payment gateway - Stripe and Paypal. They are already done but verify and test that they are functionally integrated and working
*We have a reference sample webpage for the "workshop" training page. This must be completed urgently.
