Develop a Wordpress website, design is done

I have a website project, the design is already done and it should be developed over Wordpress CMS. The XD file including all the banners and icons are also available. Please check the PDF file. Please note that the "Meet the team" section should be dynamic pop-up and interactive. Please provide me the feasibility and the required timeplan. The domain registration and WP installation will be done by us. The admin privileges should be shared at the end of the project.
