Develop a Wordpress plugin for SMS Integration -- 2

I need a WordPress plugin to integrate Bulk SMS platform with WordPress website.

I have my dedicated Bulk SMS web based platform where users can send BUlk SMS and view the delivery status. Also SMS APIs for integrating the gateway with 3rd-party software are available. Using these I need to develop a plugin to send SMS from WordPress websites.

The plugin should be able to send SMS in both Woocommerce and non-woocommerce websites.

Detailed requirements are mentioned below:

. Contact form 7, Ninja forms and other popular form integration
. Option to send SMS in bulk
. OTP SMS, 2FA, customized SMS alerts
. SMS for new orders, pending orders, order confirmation, failed orders, order delivery, raising invoice, shipment, etc.
. SMS must be configured for both admin and customer
. Use multiple Sender Ids
. Store name, order ID, order amount, order status and other order data along with the custom text
. Trigger SMS on Forgot/Reset Password
. Option to add multiple event defined by customer
. Trigger SMS on payment through website
. Store error logs
. View delivery report
. View SMS balance

All the required APIs i.e. Send SMS, Get Delivery Report, Check SMS balance will be provided.
