Develop a Wordpress plugin to connect a solution using a JSON REST API

Please read the description carefully and bid only if you are able to do the job. You must have already developed this kind of project.
We want to create a connector plugin between Stock XL PROG https://xlprog.nc/produit/stockxl.php and Woocommerce.
We are going to start with a lighter version of the connector (phase 1).
To save time, we HAVE to use the plugin AtooSync made by AtooNext for the CIEL and SAGE software (version for Woocommerce attached).
The advantage of using the existing Atoosync module is to be able to rely on a multi-connector mechanism without having to redevelop everything.
The module is easily reusable if we change ERP, only one 2 classes or functions need to be changed.
We must be able to reuse the module and duplicate it for a new ERP and not have to redevelop everything.
There is no technical doc for the AtooSync plugin. To have it analyzed and used on Wordpress and Prestashop. It is quite "simple" to understand.
If the developer is developing in OOP to simply interface with other connectors or even pass it in part to Prestashop, I validate.
We hadn't planned to put it on the Wordpress store, but why not.

For the configuration of the module, I think it will be necessary to add a dedicated tab in the settings of Woocommerce.

What should this connector do for PHASE 1:
- Add categories from StockXL to Woocommerce
- Integrate StockXL products into Woocommerce
- Update product stocks from StockXL to Woocommerce
- Match StockXL customers with Woocommerce customers
- Match the price groups of StockXL with those of Woocommerce
- Match the StockXL taxes with those of Woocommerce
- Send orders from Woocommerce to StockXL with each new order (trigger).
The integration of these different tasks will be done by the cronjob of Wordpress.
In phase 2, it is planned:
- To increment interfaces and functionalities to individually and manually synchronize products, orders, ...
- To be able to add specific fields not existing by default in Woocommerce but present in the source software.
In phase 3, this connector will have to interface with other software, through additional development, hence the interest in using the AtooNext connector / plugin which already integrates its features.
FOR NOW, we only need to dev the phase 1, so please send us an offer for phase 1 and timeframe.
