Develop a UISP (formerly UCRM) PHP Based Plugin -- 2

I am looking to have a PHP based plugin made for Ubiquiti's UISP CRM (formally known as UCRM) that is based on the functionality of an existing plugin for Quickbooks Online found at https://github.com/Ubiquiti-App/UCRM-plugins/tree/master/plugins/quickbooks-online. The quickbooks-online plugin essentially create/updates customers, invoices, payments etc., in QuickBooks Online from UISP. The new plugin will need to be developed from the ground up and made to integrate with WaveApps, which is a similar online accounting system to Quickbooks. WaveApps uses GraphQL for it's API as does Quickbooks.
