Build PickPock.net - Transport Marketplace (Web + Mobile App)

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to develop PickPock.net, an international transport marketplace connecting senders with transporters (people, parcels, pets, vehicles).
The platform is inspired by a ridesharing model but for transport needs.

Key Features:

Users post transport requests (no direct booking system)

Transporters get notifications and submit offers

Senders accept or reject offers

Subscription plans or pay-per-lead for transporters

Filter requests by location, destination, type, and date range

Push/email/SMS notifications

Technology:

Open to no-code (Bubble) or custom code (React, Laravel, etc.)

Web-based platform (mobile app optional at later stage)

Timeline:

Beta launch target: 2-3 months
