Develop a SSP Dashboard for Our Publisher

I am looking for a Developer/Team who is expertise in developing Ad Network & SSP

Plus I need the SSP Plugin for this Adserver to be able to connect to these following Ad-Exchanges

· Google Adx

· Mobfox

· Pubmatic

· Smaato

· Rubicon

· Openx

And also the SSP plugin must be built with the Open RTB standard and so any adExchange that supports the Open RTB standards can be integrated easily and quickly.
