Develop Plugins/addons in Php and Microsoft sql queries to send and retrive data between my Xenofor website/Forum

Hello! I am looking for a Web developer that has skills when it comes to developing Plugins/API's that can send and recivie data from Microsoft sql server (Not MySql) to XenForo forum website and vice versa. Are you someone who is capable of this? My Task that i need to get developed is the following as described below: Custom Addon development, with connectivity to microsoft SQL server to another dedicated server with its own IP that i need to be made for my website: -Custom Addon Development to enable purchese of a "Game currency" for real money (prefferably using paypal from the website) that will be vissible on the xenforo webpage, and is also instantly available in the game in question upon showing up on the xenforo page. (communication between The xenforo website and the game server (SQL server database) -Custom Addon Development to enable communication between the website to a microsoft sql server database for the game in question, to be able to read and paste data from web to sql server. Example: When creating a account on the xenforo website, upon verifying the email, the account will be created aswell in the game database on the sql server. with the same username from the xenforo being the username in the game too, and password -Custom Addon Development to enable users to check their own accounts from the website, with their playername that they created in the game, and game class that they created in the game showing there (can pull data from sql server for this) -Custom addon Development to enable the game ranking to show up on the website (the game in question requires this for it to work in the game aswell) (there is a seperate ranking database just for ranking itself, so if the data could be pulled from there to show up on the xenforo forum that would be great. -Custom Addon Develolpment to enable the ability to kick and ban users from the forum, to also force a kick from the game in question and a ban from the game aswell, directly from the admin panel. Aswell as a ability to cheeck for a playername from the game directly in the xenforo admin panel to find info about that account. In short: I need someone that is skilled enough to make a addon/api that communicates between Microsoft Sql server (Not MySql) and my XenForo forum website.
